Do I need to have an existing ad account or website?
Not at all! We are experts in launching new initiatives from the ground up. Whether you’re starting a new brand or revitalizing an existing one, we can handle the full setup. 🏗️

What are your pricing models?
We offer flexibility to suit different needs:
- Monthly Retainers: For ongoing, full-service management (our most popular option). 💳
- Project-Based Fees: For one-time projects like website builds or SEO audits. 📋
- Custom Enterprise Packages: For brands requiring complex, multi-channel strategies.
Is there a minimum contract period?
For our monthly retainer plans, we require a 3-month minimum commitment. We believe this is the essential timeframe to properly research, implement, optimize, and start measuring real results. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What is not included in the monthly management fee?
Our fee covers our strategy, expertise, and management time. The advertising spend (the budget paid directly to platforms like Google and Meta for clicks/impressions) is separate. We will agree on an appropriate ad spend budget with you based on your goals. 📉
Do you offer a free trial?
Due to the strategic work and resources required, we do not offer free trials. However, we provide a completely free, no-obligation Strategy Audit so you can see our thinking and value before any commitment.

How do you measure and report success?
We tie everything back to your key business goals (e.g., leads, sales, ROAS). You’ll receive a transparent, visual monthly report with clear KPIs, insights, and actionable next steps. We review this report with you on a scheduled call.
How often will we communicate?
Communication is key! You’ll have:

- Weekly/Monthly performance review calls (depending on your plan).
- Quick-response support via email or Slack for urgent matters.

How long will it take to see results?
This depends on the service:
- Google Ads/Social Ads: Initial results can often be seen in the first 30-60 days, with optimization continuing over 3-6 months.
- SEO: This is a long-term strategy. Early improvements may be seen in 3-4 months, with significant growth typically in 6-12 months.

Who owns the accounts and assets (Google Ads, website, etc.)?

We operate under the principle of complete client ownership. All advertising accounts, analytics, and website source code are created in or transferred to your company’s name. You retain full access and ownership if you ever decide to part ways.
What do you need from me to get started?
Very little! We’ll guide you through a smooth onboarding. Typically, we need access to existing assets (website, analytics) and a kickoff call to align on goals. We handle the heavy lifting.
Do you work with my existing team or freelancers?
